Overlockers
We can provide both Standard and Direct Drive Overlockers by Global, Juki and Jack. We supply new and second hand machines and are also able to offer machines for hire, whether you need one machine or a whole factory.

Global Overlockers
Global offers a wide variety of overlock sewing machines - from a single-needle, three-thread for finishing fabric edges, up to a two-needle, five-thread system for safety stitching in the garment industry. These sewing machines operate at a consistent speed of 5000 rpm that comes with a lot of benefits in efficiency.
Jack JK788BDI-4-13H
A direct drive overlocker which guarantees 50-70% efficiency in power consumption.
The speed can be controlled according to user (Up to 6500 rpm)
Juki MO-6714S
This overlock machine is provided with a backlatching capability that eliminates the need for bartacking.
The chain-off thread is tucked into the seam at the beginning of sewing to secure chain-off thread and prevent the finished seam from coming undone.
Juki MO-6504
A 3 thread single needle overlock sewing machine.
This machine has an oil filter mechanism as standard and the needle bar mechanism is sealed to prevent dust entering.
It has a highly-rigid feed mechanism with direct power transmission and direct-driven needle bar.
This has an overedging width: 1.5 , 4.0 , 5.0 and max speed of 6000 stitches per minute.
