Maury Sewing Machine Company has specialised in supplying industrial and domestic sewing machines for 60 years.
We are proud of our reputation as one of London's and the UK's leading and longest established sewing machine companies. We have played an important role in the industry over time.
Originally established by Alf Bossick, Maury Sewing Machine Company was initially run out of his family home in Maury Road, in the East End of London. The company is truly a family business; Mark joined his father in 1976 when the company had moved to Clarence Road, Hackney. Mark, with almost 50 years worth of experience, still owns and manages the business which is now based in Hackney Road.
Our business has grown and developed into the successful company it is today. We provide sound advice and service to our customers, and we will always recommend the best type of machine for the job. When we are open feel free to drop by for a cup of tea to discuss your needs.
Our Machines
We supply domestic and industrial machines, both new and second hand, and genuine parts. We always have large numbers of machines in stock and can usually source anything that we do not have. We are also able to provide machines for hire.
We are official agents for Brother, Juki, Global, Janome.
We also supply Adler, Albook & Hashfield, Benina, Complett, Cornely, Durkopp, Eastman, Frister & Rossman, Japsew, Kansai Special, Lewis, Mauzer, Merrrow, Pegasus, Pfaff, Reece, Rotondi, Singer, Union Special, Wilcox & Gibbs, Yamato.
Our high levels of experience and knowledge means that we can give excellent advice regarding the best type of machine suitable for any type of work, from handbags to clothing, interior furnishings and even parachutes!
All of our machines are set up for the correct material by experienced engineers and you will receive it ready to use.
